Hi guys,

I don't know who you bank with but St George Bank has been offering 8.6% for 12 months over the last 3 weeks, they've now dropped back to 8.1% (as at 20th July 2008).

I'd be careful of MacBank TDs as their rates fluctuate very quickly.

It shows that at any particular point of time you've got to shop around to see who is offering what.

Cheers,

Dan

Hi CRC,

I'm the same. Add back in your tax rate and your streets ahead!
