Its also illegal for realestate agents to give financial advise, but that doesn't stop them promoting their properties as 'investment opportunities' or 'once in a lifetime investments' or stating that property doubles every 10 years.. what if the property you buy doesn't double in 10 years?
Realestate agents are dirty businessmen. Not only do they rip off buyers, they also rip off sellers with their unjustified fee's.
