Beneficiaries

Definition:

The people and companies who are listed as beneficiaries in a discretionary trust deed. A beneficiary need not be referred to by name, instead they can be included by reference to a class or category e.g. "all the children of Bill Smith".

The beneficiary is the persons or entities who stand to "benefit" from the proceeds of the investments or a will.
