New Residential Tenancies Regulations & forms in Qld

For those who self manage Queensland properties, note that the RTA general tenancy agreement and bond lodgment forms have been updated due to the new regulation which has been introduced.

Nothing too major.

You can download the latest forms from http://www.rta.qld.gov.au

Cheers

No problems. Also have a look at a booklet called:

"Managing General Tenancies" which gives helpful guidance to landlords.

Wink

Thanks, Nigel. Although I don't manage my own properties in Qld, I like to keep up to date with current legislation (keeps the managers in check).
