Hey Mark

Do you really need an ACT based one? I've used Rolf Latham from asapfinancial for years now and he lives in Qld. Most correspondence can be done by phone/fax/email these days without problems- I also believe that Rolf may visit Canberra on the odd occasion? (better check this though!)
I have no doubts about recommending him as he's proven himself to both myself and clients to be an outstanding broker. Give him a call anyway and let us know how you get on

Ed Nixon from Loans Approved. He is based in Kingston and is a property investor himself , so is experienced in getting the right structures in place
