Don't know anything about them - but reading the website it looks like they are offering a stock selection newsletter (similar to many available locally), but they focus on US Tech stocks.

The question you have to ask yourself is ... do you actually want to invest in US tech stocks ? I'm not saying you should or shouldn't - but you do need to understand the investment and the implications (especially currency and tax) that goes along with it.
