SMSF Trustee

Hi,

We are looking to start our own SMSF. There are 2 options either we can be the trustees in our own names or we can establish a company that is the trustee. I am not sure what the benefits of doing it via a company trustee are. Can anyone explain what the pros and cons of these options are?
